We try to despatch your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order.
We charge a flat rate of 5e for worldwide postage.
All sampler charts and linen which are under 3cm in depth, (which La Poste deem can fit though a standard letter box), are sent by standard letter post through La Poste. THERE IS NO TRACKING WITH STANDARD DELIVERY and we are not responsible for items lost in the post.
If you wish to have a tracking number for your package you need to chose the “tracked” option, for which there is an additional charge of 3,50e. It is your responsibility to decide if you wish to have your packaged “tracked”.
Larger orders will be sent via an international courrier and will come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you, when your order is marked as <despatched.>.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Any customs duty payable on your order is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your country’s duty free allowance before placing your order, and advice us beforehand, if you need us to split the order for you.
