We want you to be 100% happy with the products that you buy from us, however, we recognise that things do, sometimes go wrong, and if that happens, we want you to be happy with the way that we handle your query.
We will do the best we can to put things right, but sometimes situations are out of our control.
Our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy form part of our Terms and Conditions, which you accept when you place your order.
If, for some reason, you are not happy with your either your linen or your sampler chart, or the way in which they were received then, please contact us in the first instance so that we can arrange a return.
Upon receipt of your returned item a full refund will be issued. Mill on the Floss Samplers cannot take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in the mail process. (Please read our Shipping Policy).
Digitally downloaded items, once downloaded from this site, are not eligible for refunds. Sometimes technology gets in the way and your product will not download properly. In this instance, please get in touch with us and we will send you PDF file as an email attachment.
We make every effort to ensure that our files are complete, but if you do find that for whatever reason you are missing part of your chart, then please get in touch, so that we can resolve the situation.
There is always a plan ‘B’!

2: CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any order cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full. Please contact us on the email address above with the reason for your cancellation and a scanned of your receipt (we need this for French accounting purposes.
Once an order has been shipped out to you, a refund will only be given upon receipt of the product in new and unopened condition. In this instance, shipping and any customs costs are born by the buyer and only the item cost will be refunded, less any costs that we may have incurred.
Digital downloads can only be cancelled if they have not been downloaded. Once a download has been made, a refund can not be granted. Please refer back to #1 above for our refund policy.
