FAQ – Miscellaneous

Will I need to pay customs DUTY?

If you live outside the European Union it is possible that your order may be liable for customs duty.

Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.  Each country sets its own limits for the value, and the type of product that you can import before duty is payable.  This is for goods that you may physically carry, or have delivered by post.

Where required, all our shipments will be made with the appropriate customs declaration.

It is not possible for us to know the duty-free limits for every country; therefore, if you think that you could be liable for customs duty on your order, it may be better to split your order.

We are more than happy to discuss this with you at time of purchase through our email.

WHO PAYS customs duty?

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges payable on their purchase.

All countries set their own tariffs, so please check with your country’s regulations on internet purchases prior to placing your order and if you need us to split your order, and then please indicate this in the comments box.
